Our default shipping is FedEx 2 day. Overnight upgrade is available.
Live Arrival Guarantee on all shipments. We always pack with an over-count, LAG is on purchased count only. We must be notified within 3 hours of notification of available for pickup at hub in the event of DOAs. Please be ready to send video proof. If delivered to residence you have 1 hour after delivery timestamp to report DOAs. Video proof is needed.
We pack securely in an insulated box with appropriate temp control (hot/cold packs, phase change packs).
We reserve the right to hold in extreme temperatures (below 40 & above 90) for more favorable conditions.
We do not ship the week of a major holiday to reduce delays.
